I felt the need to share that I got my mom a Snuggie for her birthday. You know – the robe/blanket that’s getting tons of TV ad time? Well, I actually received a 2 for 1 deal, so technically she got the free one. I came across this youtube video about the object of my affection:

lol! we have 2 at our house… only they’re the knockoff, “slanket.”
this reaffirms any doubts people had about how much cooler i am than the rest of the world, especially the blanket-wearing people.

I’ve never heard of the Slanket, but I’m sure it’s almost as awesome as my Snuggie. What color is it? Mine’s the Royal Blue. I wasn’t going for the effeminate “sage.”
